Refund and Exchange
Our policy lasts 30 days. We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.
Please note:
- You may return most FengshuiCo items unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are not included
- Shipping costs and additional services (e.g., gift wrap) are non-refundable
However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
You will receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back, subject to stock availability.
Important:
- After an exchange is made, items are not eligible for refunds
- After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are no longer available
- Free items from special offers are final sale

- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return labels are provided only for defective products within the policy period.
