Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world except the following due to shipping restrictions:

- Iran
- Sudan
- Syria

2. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping on orders over $69.99 USD
- Premium Shipping: $6 USD
- Express Shipping: Starting from $29.99 USD
Note:
- Free shipping applies only to regular-priced items, not free promotional items
- Free product shipping cost of $18 USD (including processing, shipping, and customs duties) is non-deductible
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination
Even for free products, a shipping fee may still apply due to logistics and handling costs.
3. Delivery Time

4. Incorrect Shipping Information
- If incorrect details are entered, contact us within 2 hours
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information
- Orders cannot be redirected after shipping

6. Tracking Not Updated
If tracking hasn’t updated yet, don’t worry:
- Handmade items from Tibet or Nepal may take time before tracking is uploaded
- It can take 3–5 days for the package to reach the international shipping center
- Tracking updates begin once the package is scanned at the international hub
7. Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days after shipping:
